Over the past few years, Atlanta has enjoyed an explosion of grass-roots initiatives and arts groups. Many of them were established by young arts leaders who are intent on shaping the community through their values and interests. The following list suggests the diversity of these ventures, which have injected a new energy into Atlanta’s arts scene. We know the list is not encyclopedic.
