Atlanta’s second annual Fringe Festival begins Tuesday evening with a party featuring brief performances by all 24 acts — a cornucopia of adventurous theatrical experiences, from plays, puppetry and dance to stand-up and circus performances.
In addition to the “uncensored, unjuried” festival, founder Twinhead Theatre has added Fringe Radio to its portfolio. Ranging from traditional radio drama to soundscapes, the radio performances are available for download or stream on the Festival website, also the place to go for the event schedule. It’s cheap, too: $10 or less per ticket.
